Postage and Packaging

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY BEING POSTED OUT

ONCE A WEEK TO AVOID MULTIPLE TRIPS TO THE POST OFFICE.

PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT.

Items will be sent standard Royal Mail first class and should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Antique items will be sent first class recorded so will need to be signed for on delivery.

For urgent orders, please contact me first to ensure stock is available and to check delivery options and cost.

I welcome collection from the Bladnoch shop for those who are local, just choose that option at checkout.

Cards are presented in compostable cellophane bags, with recycled paper envelopes. To reduce any negative environmental impact, the packaging I use for posting out items is repurposed cardboard, or envelopes, and reused bubble-wrap and brown paper.

Please go on to reuse or recycle anything you receive from me where possible.

Payment method

I can accept online payment by credit or debit card, or through Paypal.

The Bladnoch shop accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards.

The Bladnoch shop is currently closed.

Online orders are being fulfilled as normal, but please allow extra time for posting as I am making less frequent trips to the Post Office.

If your order is urgent, please get in touch.

The Bladnoch shop has on-street parking outside. Accessed from the pavement, there is a small step of 3cm and then the threshold of 2cm height.

The door width is 71cm.

The shop is on one level, with shelves at various heights - staff will be very happy to assist in passing customers any items they wish to handle.

Although the shop is small, there is room to manoeuvre a wheelchair inside.
