This little hand-blown vase is a beautiful example of the work of Sanders & Wallace, still working together near Harrogate. This piece dates to the early 1980s, but has a distinctly Art Nouveau influence, reminiscent of the glasswork produced in France in the early 1900s. The vase is small and weighty, measuring approximately 7.5cm high and wide. It has a beautiful lustre across the green glass form, which is decorated with swagged bands of deeper green, reaching down from the top opening. It is very tactile - a lovely piece, clearly signed to the bottom and in perfect condition. For more information or photographs, please get in touch.
